To book a consultation: Click 'Book' to select a suitable time and consultation.
This booking system will provide a quote for each consultation type and request payment details to secure your booking (stored with bank level security). No payment is charged upon booking.
Cancellation fees apply for late cancellation. Read the Cancellation Policy.
Once your consultation is booked, you'll receive an email booking confirmation with a link to use to attend your personal online consultation.
For initial or long consults, upon booking you will also receive an email with forms to fill out. Forms should be filled out and returned 1 week before your consultation time for your dietitian to consider your case prior to your appointment, enabling you to take advantage of these consults.
No referral is required. If you have a copy of a referral from your doctor or health professional, please attach your referral to the form.
Reminder SMS/email will be sent to you, 1 week before your consultation. If required, use the link to reschedule.
Few minutes before your consultation, find your new appointment email and click the link to attend. You will be asked to turn on your camera.
At the end of your consultation, any relevant material will be emailed to you.
Full consultation fee is charged on the day of your consultation.

Accepted Payment Options: Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards, or American Express
Clients with eligible GP Plans pay the full consultation fee and receive the Medicare benefit as a reimbursement.
After the consultation, use the online booking system to secure your follow up appointment by clicking 'Book'.
